TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Cancellation & Booking Policies

  • Book with Confidence: Your credit card is required only to guarantee your reservation. No advance charges will be made to your card at the time of booking.
  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation at no cost up to 3 days before your scheduled arrival date.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival, as well as failure to arrive (No-Show), will incur a charge equivalent to the first night of your stay.


2. Payment Conditions and Terms:

  • Payment for the reservation is made at the time of Check-In.
  • We accept Cash or Credit / Debit Cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX).
  • Our rates are set in US Dollars. If you prefer to pay in Soles, the banking exchange rate in effect on the date of payment will apply.


3. Prices, Taxes, and Fees:

  • Rates include Breakfast.
  • Rates include a 10% service charge.
  • Rates do not include 10.50% IGV (General Sales Tax).
  • IGV applies to Peruvian individuals and corporations, foreign residents in Peru, and non-exempt tourists.
  • IGV Exemption: Foreign tourists staying less than 60 days in the country are exempt from this tax by law. To validate this, they must present the document used to enter Peru (Passport or Identity Card for citizens of bordering countries) at Check-In. Front desk staff will verify the immigration status and length of stay in the country on the TAM (Andean Migration Card) to validate the tax exemption.


4. Check-In and Check-Out Times:

  • Check-In: 12:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 10:00 AM


5. Early Check-In and Check-Out:
We cannot guarantee availability for an Early Check-In or Late Check-Out at the time of booking.
These are subject to room availability upon arrival or departure, respectively;
if available, the following rates apply:

  • Early Check In:
    -
    Before 7:00 AM: 100% of the room rate. We recommend booking the previous night.
    -
    Between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM: USD 11 per person, breakfast included.
    -
    From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Free of charge, breakfast not included.

  • Late Check Out:
    - From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Free of charge.
    -
    Between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM: Between 50% and 75% of the room rate, minimum USD 33.
    -
    After 9:00 PM: 100% of the room rate. We recommend booking an additional night.


6. Families with Small Children or Babies:

  • Our hotel does not have family or connecting rooms. Rooms with a maximum capacity for two people do not have enough space to add extra beds or cribs.
  • The rooms do not have the necessary facilities to properly accommodate small children or babies.
  • Our facilities are not suitable for a comfortable stay for minor children, as we do not have secure areas for their recreation; the open layout of the premises is not appropriate for a child to move around the hotel unaccompanied.
  • Taking the above into consideration, if you wish to book with minors, we only have one triple room that can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults, one child over 5 years old, and up to one child under 5 years old if sleeping in the parents' bed.


7. Groups:

  • Hotel facilities and services (front desk, breakfast, and use of common areas) are optimized for individual bookings and small groups (less than 6 people).
  • If you are booking for a group larger than 6 people, you must coordinate all details of your stay in advance with our reservations staff in order to provide your group with our standard quality of service.


8. Security and House Rules:

  • All guests must register at Check-In by presenting their original and valid identity document (Passport, Identity Card – bordering countries, Alien Registration Card, DNI).
  • We have a strict room visitor policy. For security reasons, only registered guests may enter the rooms. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms at any time.
  • Out of respect for the peace and rest of other guests, making noise is not permitted, especially between 9:30 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables, money, and/or jewelry that have not been declared at the hotel reception. For your convenience, you may deposit your valuables in the safety deposit boxes available at the Front Desk.
  • 3B Barranco is a smoke-free hotel; a penalty of USD 100 will apply for smoking inside the rooms.
  • Any damage or loss caused to the property of the establishment will be subject to compensation payment.
  • Although we love animals, unfortunately, the hotel is not suitable for pets or companion animals.
