What are the Front Desk hours?
Our Front Desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7).
What time is check-in?
Standard check-in starts at 12:00 PM.
Do you offer early check-in?
Yes, subject to room availability upon arrival. We provide complimentary early check-in from 10:00 AM onwards. If you require check-in before 10:00 AM, a percentage fee of the room rate applies (breakfast included). For arrivals prior to 7:00 AM, we highly recommend booking the previous night.
What time is check-out?
Standard check-out is until 10:00 AM.
Do you offer late check-out?
Yes, subject to availability on your departure date. We offer complimentary late check-out until 12:00 PM (noon). If you wish to keep the room between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM, an additional percentage fee applies. For check-outs after 9:00 PM, booking an extra night is recommended.
HOTEL SERVICES
Do you provide luggage storage?
Yes. Complimentary luggage storage is available exclusively for guests with active bookings. You may request this at the front desk during your stay. If you need to store your luggage for a few days between two separate stays with us, please coordinate this with our team in advance.
Can I store luggage if I am not a registered guest?
No, due to hotel security policies, we cannot store luggage for non-guests.
Do you offer laundry and ironing services?
Yes, we provide professional laundry and ironing services from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Is there medical service available?
We are in contact with an on-call medical and ambulance service. If you require medical assistance at any time during your stay, please request it at the front desk.
Do you offer bicycle rentals?
We can help you arrange bicycle rentals through trusted local providers.
Do you arrange tours?
Not directly, but we are happy to provide information on the best excursions from reputable local operators and assist you with the booking process.
Can you help me print my boarding passes?
Absolutely! You can email or WhatsApp your boarding passes to us, and we will gladly print them for you free of charge.
Can we borrow a laptop or a tablet?
Yes, subject to availability. Please coordinate directly with the front desk staff.
Do you exchange foreign currency (US Dollars or Euros to Peruvian Soles)?
We can assist with small currency exchanges (up to $20 USD or €20 EUR per transaction). For larger amounts, there are several authorized exchange offices (casas de cambio) within walking distance that operate during business hours. For special requirements, please contact us in advance.
Do you sell toiletries?
We do not sell toiletries on-site, but convenience stores, pharmacies, and local shops are located just half a block away. They have highly convenient hours, including Sundays and holidays.
TRANSFERS & TRANSPORTATION
How can I arrange a transfer to or from the hotel?
You can coordinate transportation in person at the front desk or in advance by contacting our reservations team.
Do you provide airport shuttle services?
Yes, we offer reliable pick-up and drop-off services to and from Jorge Chávez International Airport.
What are the rates for the airport shuttle service?
Our standard service uses comfortable sedans with a maximum capacity of 3 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage:
- Airport to Hotel: $28 USD
- Hotel to Airport: $24 USD
For special requests (larger groups or extra luggage), please contact us in advance.
Do you provide shuttle service from the bus station?
Due to unpredictable bus arrival schedules, we cannot guarantee a timed driver pick-up service at bus terminals. We recommend taking an authorized taxi inside the terminal or using a ride-sharing app (such as Uber or Cabify). A ride from major terminals (like Cruz del Sur in La Victoria) to Barranco typically costs around S/ 25 Soles.
FOOD & DINING
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
Can I have breakfast if I have an early departure before 6:30 AM?
Yes. If you need to check out early, please let us know the night before, and we will prepare a breakfast grab-and-go box for you. Additionally, our coffee and tea station is open 24/7 in the common area.
Do you offer a buffet breakfast?
We serve a personalized, made-to-order à la carte breakfast with 5 delicious options to choose from.
Do you have breakfast options for vegans, vegetarians, or celiac guests?
Our menu features vegetarian and vegan alternatives. If you have strict dietary restrictions or severe food allergies, please inform us prior to your arrival so we can better accommodate your needs.
What does the breakfast include?
Our breakfast sets combine fresh ingredients such as eggs, ham, cheese, avocado, fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola. All options include coffee, tea, milk or cocoa, fresh orange juice, and toast served with butter and jam.
Can I request room service for breakfast?
We do not offer regular room service. However, exceptions can be made for guests with health conditions or limited mobility. Please request this at the front desk.
Can guests use the kitchen?
The kitchen facilities are strictly for staff use to prepare breakfast, and cooking is not permitted. However, guests are welcome to use the communal refrigerator to store food and the microwave to reheat meals.
Do you have an on-site restaurant?
We do not have a restaurant. Our breakfast service is available exclusively for registered guests and is not open to the public.
Is there a minibar in the room, or do you sell drinks?
We do not feature minibars in the rooms. Instead, we provide a complimentary, self-service station with coffee, herbal teas, and purified water in the common area, available 24/7.
ROOMS
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
We do not have centralized air conditioning, but all rooms are equipped with cooling fans. Summer in Lima (December to March) is relatively mild on the Barranco coast, with average temperatures between 20°C and 28°C (68°F - 82°F), meaning fans are usually sufficient to keep the rooms at a pleasant temperature. However, due to the city's characteristic humidity, we also have a portable AC unit available for special requirements (subject to prior coordination).
Do the rooms have heating?
There is no central heating, but portable electric space heaters are available at the front desk upon request (limited stock). Winter in Barranco (June to September) features a minimum temperature that averages around 14°C (57°F). While the weather is not extreme due to the sea's climate-regulating effect, our city's humidity can make it feel cooler. We are happy to provide extra blankets or a portable heater upon request.
Do all rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes, 100% of our rooms feature private, en-suite bathrooms.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Hairdryers are available free of charge upon request at the front desk.
Do you provide an iron and ironing board?
Yes, we can deliver an iron and ironing board to your room upon request.
Is there a safe in the room?
We do not have built-in safes, but portable lockboxes can be provided to your room upon request.
Do you have family or adjoining rooms?
We do not have connecting or adjoining rooms. Our highest-capacity option is the Twin Comfort Room (up to 3 guests, configurable with 3 single beds or 1 King + 1 single). We prioritize assigning adjacent or nearby rooms for families traveling together if requested during the booking process.
Are extra beds or cribs available?
We do not provide baby cribs. Only our Twin Comfort Room allows for an additional single bed for an extra fee, which must be requested at the time of booking.
Are the rooms carpeted?
No. All our rooms feature hygienic, sleek laminate wood flooring. The hotel is entirely carpet-free.
Do you have rooms with a view or balcony?
Our rooms feature large windows that provide plenty of natural light, opening onto a quiet, private interior courtyard. No rooms have balconies or exterior views. We have only one Standard Double Room facing the street; it features soundproof windows, but we do not recommend it for light sleepers.
BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
How can I book a room?
You can book directly for the best guaranteed rates using our Direct Booking Link or by reaching out through our Contact Page.
Can I make changes to a confirmed reservation?
- Direct Bookings (Website, Email, or WhatsApp): Please contact us as early as possible, and we will accommodate changes based on room availability.
- Third-Party Bookings (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.): Any modifications must be processed directly through the platform where you originally booked. We cannot modify external agency reservations on your behalf.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major international credit and debit cards. We do not accept PayPal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Policies depend on the selected rate. Our flexible rate allows for penalty-free cancellations up to 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Is the hotel's neighborhood safe?
Yes, Barranco is a very safe, tourist-friendly district, and walking around at night is perfectly safe. As in any large city, we recommend taking standard precautions with your valuables. For transportation, we advise using ride-sharing apps or asking our front desk to call a secure taxi.
Is there an elevator in the hotel?
No. Our building has only two floors (ground floor and first floor). If you have limited mobility, please request a ground-floor room when making your reservation. Our staff will gladly assist with your luggage if your room is on the upper floor.
Do you have parking spaces?
Yes, we feature 2 private, secure, indoor parking spots. Advance reservation is mandatory to secure a space.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we provide high-speed, complimentary Wi-Fi across all guest rooms and common areas.
Are you pet-friendly?
We absolutely love animals, but due to our boutique infrastructure and allergen policies, our hotel cannot accommodate pets. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!
